How to Make
1.
Using an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the fish roe (Taramosalata)
and potatoes until smooth.
2. Gradually add the olive oil, lemon juice
and garlic to
make a fluffy, creamy mixture.
3. Either use immediately or
store in an airtight container until ready to use.
